Al-Rassais Acquires 55 Land Plots near Roshn Stadium as Part of Expansion Strategy in Riyadh

Al-Rassais Group has acquired 55 land plots covering nearly 40,000 sqm in the Al-Maha master plan in Dhahiyat Namar, Riyadh, near Roshn Stadium, which will host matches of the 2034 FIFA World Cup. This acquisition comes as part of the company’s expansion strategy to develop real estate projects in prime strategic locations across the capital.
