It is an area characterized by high population density and high demand for villas and apartments. In addition to its proximity to the Qiddiya Entertainment Project, King Abdullah International Park, the Embassy District, and Prince Mohammed bin Salman Gardens, may God protect him, it is an area that contains many service facilities, schools, clinics, markets, and restaurants. The project consists of 17 residential buildings containing 170 housing units. The structural structure has been completed, and finishing operations are underway.
